Love the cinder block holding the kick drum! I saw these guys open up for Morrissey in St. Louis in the early '90's. Loved 'em then, love 'em now! Really glad they are back and they sound awesome!

I was a voice major and just fyi he does technically sing correctly and has great control. If you don't like his sound I understand but he can sing very well. It's different and I love it!

The Popes are by far the best band to come out of the punk/alternative signing craze of the mid-90's. Superb songwriting, great voice, and probably the best band I've ever seen live. This band is tight... do not miss them if they come to your area.
