Depends on situation. For example if you have 60 degrees 7m south east wind and 324 then you'll need 288(double power) spike with spin mastery, however 288 only goes about 328.4 so with out tailwind you can't reach 330 pin at all. In short, double power spike with spin mastery, lol.
