I don't remember the Kelly Lane Kickstart demo as this video was taken when Kickstart first started. My son went to Dessau at the time so that is why I video Dessau Kickstart demo.
I have another son at Dessau and we went to Kelly Lane last month for a Kickstart demo. All Pflugerville middle school demonstrated and i have to give credit where credit is due and Dessau beat them all... Kelly Lanes wasn't that great. I do have video of it which I should post
sorry but the kelly lane demo was a million times better im not even trying to be mean if u saw it youd think so to. i love kick start its awsome PE people are just to fat and weak for kickstart thats why they hate on it >=P
@jrdnjstn I am in kick start at kelly lane middle school (WHOO MR.Chartouni) and it is honestly harder than PE. try doing 140 squats down to the ground 40 push ups and 80 jumping jacks just cause you left your uniform at home. GO KLMS!!!!
@LovelyInfected ......Don't understand what you're trying to say but yeah the kids sitting down on the side are not part of the demo team. The kids performing is the demo team. The kids on the side are moved to the side so the demo team doesn't trample them and to give room for the demo team to perform. This is at the belt ceremony which they do at all the belt ceremonies
You're entitled to your opinion but they are kids who like it and I doubt it's a weak way to get out of PE. Anyone can run around a track but who can do 50 squats correctly? Probably not you
@lala123205 Thanks for the comment. Remember they are just learning and everyone has their ups and downs just as Pflugerville is learning and I'm sure they do a wonderful performance too. You can't knock people for trying and giving their best, with practice they get better and better
They did a really good job for it being their first demo. Congrats to your son :) I'm in the Houston Citywide Demo Team, I was there when we performed.
I am in kickstart this year. We havn't started anything but It seams real fun. Mr.Mckay is sooooo awesome! He funny and nice. I can't wait to start., I wanna join his demo team
ok I am sorry but yaw are weak my kickstart demo was doing weapons , flips ,spinning round kick, front flips , back flips , even front back flips whith weapons form ki432 best part is that When we where whit belts
I doubt that not when you were a white belt. They haven't even used weapons yet. This is their very first demo and they had only been in the program for 3 months.

I agree. Good alternative to PE. Chuck Norris is in the audience too. If you follow the middle black line on the gym floor all the way up to the blue line, that's him sitting in tan pants and black shirt and that's his wife on the left hand side of him. The kids were so excited!
nice demo. Im on the Westview middle school Demo Team. stick with it. all that knowledge is very useful sometimes.

Oh and some of those kids just walk around the track. Yeah thats really tough exercise and some sit on the ground

Im sorry but alot of my friends have done that kickstart thing and they said it sucked,
kickstart is just a way for the weak to get out of P.E
