That's true. I hate it when I make a really cool vid in HQ on my computer, I send it to youtube, and what is it reduced to? Crap scrape. But at least they're raising the bar with including the "watch in high quality" link. They should at least support going HQ on Full Screen. I watch a lot of game walkthroughs, and movies that way and it sucks when it's reduced to crap scrape.

They allow you to caption/annotate your video without having to use video editing and captioning software. As well as setting up 'hotspots' where you can click on specific areas of the video to link to different places.

And from the look of this video, it seems pretty idiot-proof.
