How does Ron Paul feel about terrorist organizations, Hezbollah and Islamic Jihad having access to nuclear weapons? I'm not advocating going to war with Iran, but since Iran has a history of funding and training terrorists, it's a good chance they could give access of nuclear material to some terrorist group, and let them do the dirty work of setting a nuclear bomb off in some Israeli or even American city. Nuclear deterrence does not apply to a suicide bomber.

@TheTrollTime The aid to Israel is just 3% of their GPD. Almost all of the aid comes as credit for buying weapons in full price. Bear in mind that NATO forces buy arms from the USA at a discount. the USA is really subsidizing their own military hardware industry.

@MrBarryPe You are grossly distorting the facts concerning US aid to Israel. Only half of the 3 billion is spent by Israel on US military hardware. The other half is direct economic aid. The 3 billion dollar figure does not include another 1.5 billion in grants and the billions in loans, which have all been forgiven by act of congress. The forgiving of the loan is a forgone conclusion, since it is the US who guarantees the very loans that they are giving Israel. Absurdity, is an understatement!
