ive wrked at culvers for 6 years and i wouldnt recommend a job to anyone. lets put ti this way the pay is terrible the customers are terrible and id like to stab them. the managers have realized this is as far as there career is gonna take them so its the most serious thing ever and your constantly bitched at literally the whole time. customers employees bosses its a place for constant bitching terrible random hours and gossip if you see a culvers burn it to the ground!!!
kitchen looks sucky and what those old ladys are doing in it , me and my mexicans in a kitchen make best juice burgers , i think our culvers is 5th busyest one in america

the culvers i worked at flower mound tx was a little bigger than that...but was layed out almost the exact same. Our floors had "no-slip" texture on them (didn't work though).
i like the chemicals the pink bathroom one taste the best.

i work at a culvers as well..the one in olathe, ks...one of the finest in the nation and you werent wearing gloves in the kitchen thats kinda gross..

We almost never wore gloves...we just washed them frequently, which by local health codes was fine.
@Invincible: it's a decent first job...at least it was for me (no 1st job tho) and I was in the kitchen so I never dealt with the customer BS.
