  • Awesome...really.

  • Love the engine power up.

  • Once again, a top notch video at MHT. Thanks for the UPS A300 taping, as well!!

  • @macmoe191 Thank you for the comment.

  • It is such a cool aircraft. A "bit" noisy, but what the heck.

(I think Olympic Air [Greece] had these ones just some seven years ago.)

    Nice video, as always!

  • @ouzodaki Thanks! There's nothing wrong with too much jet engine noise :)

  • Great filming boss, does the MD-10 make regular visits there? Because I'm going to England in a few years :P

  • great vid

  • Awsome Video & Gr8 HD Quality, I don't Believe MD-10 ever Existed i known it to be called a DC-10, then MD-11 would be the latest variation, Its Beyond me why would they call it an MD-10 doesn't make any sense they should keep it original as it was DC-10, Its sad to see that MD's is no longer in production & yet they are great Aircrafts.

  • @TheFsJunkie ► Just Google MD-10. Its a DC-10 alright→ But Cockpit and (More) modified to use only 2 crew members(-1) and aline with the MD-11. So the ONLY company that flies them has cross qualified crews. Simple, really. BUT it can can be tricky for crews who forget what they're flying-- DC\MD-10 or MD-11)..as was the case in the fatal FDX MD-11 crash, years ago in Japan. They act -- and handle- very differently.!

  • @BigBearVids The MD-10 is retrofit cockpit upgrade to the DC-10 and a re-designation to MD-10. The upgrade included an Advanced Common Flightdeck (ACF) used on the MD-11.[32] The new cockpit eliminated the need for the flight engineer position and allowed common type rating with the MD-11. This allows companies such as FedEx Express, which operate both the MD-10 and MD-11, to have a common pilot pool for both aircraft. (Source Wikipedia).......... Thanks for verifying

  • High quality clip! Great capture!

  • Take me home

  • what camera do you use??

  • You do know what DC stands for? Designed to Crash

  • what's that bump on the nose?

  • @Scote1992 EFVS Camera.

  • MD-10? not sure but isn't it DC-10?

  • @justus0106 Almost the same aircraft. MD-10 is a slightly modified version of the classic DC-10.

  • @BostonAirborne thanks for the info!(got confused by the title!)

  • @justus0106 - watch at 0:56, it says MD10 on the side of the nose under the windows.
