I'm at 114 runs so far since the patch and the mount still has yet to drop. I can do a run at 10-11 minutes by doing going exactly like you were doing it. At first I would just fight Ram outside and then typhoon the skeletons at the gate. I only just started pulling Ram inside the doorway and shaving 3 minutes off my time. I also do it in a mix of season 3 healing gear and season 4 balance gear. Pretty simple!
did 60 runs with my shaman and nothing :(

i was farming it on pala for title... done it 10000 times and got from honored - exalted in 1 day , and mount dropped just once

Pretty good, one suggestion I would give is pull with insect swarm instead of moonfire, saves you some mana.
