Federal Income Tax on Personal Labor is Unconstitutional

i just want to know if i can legaly never pay income taxes ever agian, thats my goal here. infomation that i can use. not just hear say or arguements between two partys. i need facts. unrefutible proof i dont have to pay taxxes that have put me an my family into such a deprived situation that im force into this position? my goverment isnt going to save us from this sutuation. we must help ourselfs. thats why im here. so plz if anyone has the info im looking for. plz help an plz bring it forward.

@noobyuforu911 While I have no doubt that the tax is illegal, there is no guarantee that you would be successful. People are winning their case and others are going to jail. Remember that we are dealing with criminals. If I was going to challenge it, I'd get some good legal advice from maybe the "we the people foundation" or some group that has experience and success in dealing with the crooks.

@noobyuforu911 There have been over 300 such individual cases of people arrested charged and sentenced for tax evasion on the basis that they believed that income tax was "voluntary" and trust me they have used every interpretation of tax law possible to "validate" their claims and to no avail. There is absolutely no legal way to cheat on your taxes period.
