lol vice city and stories were not really that great i liked san andreas more because in vice city theres only one place i enjoyed to go which was the malls and start getting stars but on sa theres more planes ,missions replayable without being annoyed by not being able to swim i... rate vice citys 70/100 sa 89/100

you can swim but not like in san andreas, you can NOT swim underwater, and if you swim for a certain amount of time you will get wasted. . .there is meter that will replace your body armour that will decrease as you swim.
