I had no idea either - then i picked up the demo version by The Goddamn Whores (I also had no idea it was a cover version) and you can actually hear what is being sung! So i thought i'd share it for the next glorious sing-a-long when either band plays it next (cardiacs and goddamn whores were playing it on the last tour - double the fun!!)

Really sorry but I have had a good listen (as you'd expect) and I can't decipher anything beyond the chorus.

But I do recommend getting hold of the demo of the Goddamn Whores version (this was thrown in if you bought their cd on the last Cardiacs tour) as it is well worth hearing Random Jon Poole singing it. It is fantastic.
