Relize that you should hit an animal in front of you, the swerv is what cased the accendent. I have almost lost someone that they filped a borrowed car tring to aviod damage from a animal on a open road, 3 months later he awoke.

Thats not the point. The whole point is driving fast in particular kills people. If he was driving slow he could save both the animal and human life.
