My 2006 Envoy has been the best vehicle I have ever owned. I love it and it is a goodlooking ride to. I put chrome wheels on the day I bought it and it transformed the look completely. Have never turned a wrench on the vehicle yet.
You fucking moron. I bought new an 03 TB 4.2L equipped with the the Premium gas shock ride option. 81K miles now and it rides as well as my 2006 Escalade.
The throttle delay is because of an rpm limiter in park or neutral. Obviously you don't jack shit about the GM product so you should probably shut the fuck up;
@TheCanesVenatici Actually the ride in the Escalade is worse because front torsion bar suspensions which is very choppy. And no, this Envoy had issues. I buy these for a dealer client of mine & this one was far different from all the others, aside from a very low idle which at times felt as if it were going to shut off. It chugged somewhat upon throttle like a Mafs issue. Obviously you're more upset with the factual downsides I stressed about them in general as you own 1.
My dad had a 2000 Envoy, so rare and hard to find those year and bodystyle Envoy's. I loved how it had HID headlamps, power folding mirrors, and a built in air inflator in the cargo area. I kinda miss it, it was very comfortable, but not much leg room in the front, the footwells were very narrow.
It seems like all GM trucks from this generation always had problems with the gauges. Like the Chevy Tahoe or SIlverado's when you start them up the fuel gauge needle would dance around strangely. Either that or one of the needles wouldn't work.
The 4 Speed Auto is what kills it badly most. Slow long shifts & the electronic throttle especially in the 2002-2004 models were slow & never reacted immediately when demanded upon. For me its very stressful to drive a Trailblazer & or Envoy. Driven so many & never could appreciate them.

Typical GM, the gauges are shot. But i don't care what no one says about the Trailblazer/Envoy i like them, better than any SUV GM has out now IMO.

Such a cheap pos and this is the better verison of the Trailblazer. The Explorer kills this thing.

@yellowcow13
The suspension setup alone from the Explorer kills this.

@Intechdude300 The 2002 and up Explorer rides so good.

Tho the ride in the 2006 & up was further refined.

The gauge cluster in this thing is fuuckkedd! Look at the Tach(obviously), battery, Oil and temp gauge! Typical GM!
