There is no chance that Mitsuomi surpassed them. Masataka said that he is standing in the same place for these two years. And even then how can anyone surpass the Dragon's eye?

But i agree that Mitsuomi isn't a bad guy, (anymore).

you got a point, the dragons eye is pretty powerfull, and yes masataka did mention that his brother was stuck in the same place for two years..but that was before mitsumi would let go of everything that was holding him back, thats why he was remembering what shin told him..to let go of all that weight..and thats why he was able to hurt the "god" susano now..or at least thats my opinion. anything goes hahah..cheers!
