Beautiful performance. I do find it hilarious that Mary is being referred to here by the name of Lucifer (those whacky Christians), but all irony aside I dig this immensely.
@sasquash12 In the Catholic tradition, Mary is called Stella matutina because the morning star is a sign of the coming day, the announcement of the rising sun. Just as the morning star appears before dawn, Mary announces and anticipates the rising “Sun of Justice” (Mal 4:3), her Son, Jesus himself. When She emerges from darkness we know that the day is near. Mary is morning star not for and through herself, but she is only the reflection of the Redeemer.
@sasquash12 Apart from that, Jesus Christ calls himself the Morningstar (Rev 22:16): “I am the Root and the Offspring of David, the bright Morningstar.” He is the true "Lucifer," the harbinger of Light, not the one mentioned in Isaiah 14:12.
Such is the symbolic, poetical and beautiful language used by all religions, and I am happy to be one of those “whacky Christians” you mock. God bless you. I wish you learn to know and respect us.
