I have a 2000 eclipse gt 5 speed cali spec. What will I need to run a nice standard stage 1? I want that little bit of boost. I am in college so can't afford to hit stage 2 and up yet.
The Stock ECU is very smart, but you will need fuel control. Like we mentioned below the BRAT Box, Black Box and supplemental injection system is how RIPP tackles fuel management. There are others incorporate an AEM FIC and choose to tune manually. the Tuners package lets end users add injectors, electronics and intercooling of their choice like an EVO, STI, Mustang or SRT4.

As a result we are pushing the Tuners package so end users can take tuning into their own hands like an EVO, STI or SRT4.
im not even ganna price the superchargers because i know im not ganna be satisfied until i go turbo. i am well aware of the v6 3gs problems with being turbo compatibe but you know u can fix that with an engine swap. diss me all you want but im just giving you all my opinion. not dissin rip just sayin id rather have a turbo =D
yeah, i traded my '01 GT in for an '08 GT...the MIVEC is great...at 3500rpm, the 3rd gen falls on it's face because of the whole single cam thing...I couldn't believe the power and High-end torqe of my 4th gen
yeah, it is...the 6g72 was a great motor but was just under torqued at high rpm...i don't know if you've seen the '09, but i'm thinking of trading my car in for one
No really, there are no blown bearings or malfunctioning parts... You really are getting a small range or sound from our digital picture camera using the video feature. Your guessing right... it does sound as though something is broken or loose, and it really could be anyone of the things you're guessing, but essentially all it is, is the noise from the blower.
How much will one of these suppers cost me i hae an 08 eclipse gt 3.8 6 speed ..

So could you break down what the Black Box does and the functions of the Boost box? Now that I know what the Brat box does.

The Black Box controls fuel and timing based on boost, the BRAT balances the air temps, barometer and MAS so the boost can get in.

yeah, i traded my '01 GT in for an '08 GT...the MIVEC is great...at 3500rpm, the 3rd gen falls on it's face because of the whole single cam thing...I couldn't believe the power and High-end torqe of my 4th gen

yeah, it is...the 6g72 was a great motor but was just under torqued at high rpm...i don't know if you've seen the '09, but i'm thinking of trading my car in for one
