They made it all byu themselves, they're members of the French Rebellegion and LCF. Except for the troopers of course who ordered their trooper gear and costume on the net.

Hi mate, I was with my friend Harvey who took the pictures. I was disguised as the director of the fan film: GEORGE LUCAS : LEGEND OF THE FORCE and PRIME OF THE JEDI.

Not sure, try and contact the 501st in Paris or any 501st in your country, they'll be able to direct you at the site which does the trooper suit.
