@wafflewaco goat expert, both female and male goats have horns, its not gender specific whether they develop horns or not, its just when a kid is born the buds that grow horns are usually removed (its quick, not very painful, leads to less problems for goats and people) so this goat could be male or female but judging by the users words i think hes a little fella :)
