There's a spot north of Dayton Ohio where if you are zoomed in enough on google maps the frames turn blue and are blurred. It looks like a meteor imprint but it could be a mining op. Either way why would the segments be altered on that one spot??

Then explain this genius: The only angle where the owl shrine would be visible is the one at 1:21-1:24 in your video. It loads fine on my computer and I can see the owl shrine plain as day. Even on your video it is visible below the blacked out space that you present. If it's about the owl, presumably the brain trust that went to all the trouble knows the area as well as I do.
