  • Is that Joe Bonamassa playing the guitar and singing as well?

  • Who is the stupid person to say this has Bluegrass in it; doesn't know the Blues!

  • If anyone reading this gets the chance, go do an eBay/Amazon/etc. search for the double disc edition of Travelers & Thieves with On Tour Forever. The last song on the bonus On Tour Forever disc has an over 20-minute version of this song featuring Carlos Santana that will blow your mind away once you hear it.

  • Who is the fuck stick that missed the "Like" button?!?!?!?!

Take your meds, maybe that will help you control the mouse a little better!

  • jhofman33 -- Who ever said Blues Traveler played "Bluegrass" music? I would hardly categorize them in that genre. You must not be familar with the genres "Rock", "Blues", "Jam Band" ...

  • There are no percussion instruments or amplied music in bluegrass. Thumbs down to Blues Traveler. Sounds more like scat jazz. Yuk !!

  • @jhofmann33 They're not bluegrass. They're blues-rock. Two completely different styles melded together.

  • @jhofmann33 You are apparently neither familiar with either "scat jazz" or "Bluegrass". There was ZERO scatting in this song nor is there in any Blues Traveler music to my knowledge, but I could be wrong. And as for Bluegrass, what jackass told you that the BLUES Traveler was bluegrass. I think you've been had! Also, there IS percussion in Bluegrass. The primary instrument used, a Banjo, is both a stringed and PERCUSSION instrument, that's probably why it has the body of a DRUM, don't you think?

  • ...............mother FUCKER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I can't even find the words to describe how amazing John Popper and Gregg Allman sound when they sing together. They say they save the best for last, and this song, which is the last track on Travelers and Thieves, is probably the best song on the album, showing the true musical talent of the band (just listen to Chad and John tear it up on the guitar and harmonica) and how much of a great singer and harpist John is. The lyrics are just as powerful as the song is too.

  • Had to look this one up & get my fix on some good old school jam. Classic early 90's jam.

Just remembered it. What a great album, from the D&D inspired tilte & cover, to the music therein.

    Thanks for posting.

  • This is Blues Traveler through and through. Brilliant, powerful, and the best breakdown in musical history!
