you can it is a very faint highlighter but it would work! It is better for under or mixed with foundation for a dewey look rather than a highlighter though!

This one is high beam- the other one that is more gold undertone for darker skin tones is called moon beam! :o) Enjoy!

i like high beam on its own, but for me it doesn't work well with my foundation. it creates dry patches. i've tried putting it over liquid, under liquid, over powder, nothing works.

I asked the saleslady the same question and she recommended High Beam for lighter skin tones since it has a pinkish tint and Moon Beam for darker skin tones since it has a golden tint.

maybe you didn't wear it the right way, I have extremely oily lids (it creases within 2-3 hours after I wash my face) and it worked wonderfully. It didn't work for me at first b/c I used it the wrong way, don't put any moisturizer on the area that you're going to put the UDPP on.
