I had that game on my Colecovision! Even though at first I was probably too young to understand how to play like it's intended to ( I was probably what, 4 years old ) , eventually I managed to figure out what to do , but I never was able to destroy a dam ! I could takeoff from England and reach the dam, fight off the fighters, use the fire extinguishers if one engine had a fire, find the dam and release the bomb. Never managed to actually destroy one :(
@flywest7m Freakin love it! I was the same age and attempting to play this game as well. This was my favorite game, except for the damn BF-109's and their machine guns. I could never take out the dam either. Now I watch my five yr old try to play IL-2 and all I can do is laugh........
After trying several times to play this game, I'm sure you need the instructions manual to play it. Unfortunately, I don't have it, I've got my game cartridge loose at the flea market.

very hard game indeed
and I'm very surprised by poor graphics, I had it in much better quality in my mind.
