@tabstaba the newest version 2.3.4 gingerbread can do everything even download apps from the market except calls and use of camera... yet at least. i installed it on my n900 it lags just a bit at some points, downloading setcpu app i boosted it to work at 900 mhz. flawless!!

@zowki The N900 battery life is pretty poor (I guess it's due to it's powerful OS, processor, RAM, and high res screen it has..) It's got a pretty average 1250 mAh battery... You are lucky if it last a whole day.. Gaming/music and some calls will drain the battery in hours...

Down side is you can make and receive calls but you can't talk! Also phone gets hot and playing android games seriously reduces battery life. Verdict is it's not the finished product but better than nothing!

@ThePakiSami the current version doesn't support voice call yet. But the most neat about this is the android applications. It can any any apk files.

@kayamansfinest it lags because of the micro sd card. it depends on what class is it. But it can be install from the internal memory which is super fast. You won't be seeing a device that has this kinds of abilities for a long time
