You really need to view the video in its entirety. If measured against the lengh of the tether these objects are massive. Also in the full video you will see these objects moving in at odd angles and directions, not like debris would act in a vacuum. Also do you know of any debris that pulses?

If you throw a ball down a football field, it appears to go up, then down towards earth.
