I was recently at the Shanghai zoo and the conditions are deplorable. You would think that a country who controls the way its people act, think and breathe would make sure that it's animals are treated well also. The zoo was awful and dirty, the people were rude and screamed and threw plastic bottles into the enclosures (with workers near by who saw everything)The Chinese SUCK
