@paroketh It sounds like a Scottish man saying "dontcha" like "duunchaa" really quick. And I don't think the footage of the guy on the phone matches that audio sample. I say that because they probably didn't film the video for the song before they constructed the music, and you can definitely hear that its a sample of something else. MHO
