first, aimbot means, that every shot will be a headshot. 100 percent.

second, the *speedhack*. its just edited. because it will be boring if u see one kill in 15 seconds. he speeded up the boring part.

BUT! he plays in rookie server. and u need NO skill there. look at the guy at 0:36. he didnt shoot at all. thats clearly rookie server.
