Although this video does bring up several good points, such as the fact that the Chinese are actually building infrastructure for the country, I believe it is absolutely SICK not to pay taxes.

This was a very fair report and I think whoever added the subtitles is reading wayyy to much into it. It does not make China look bad at all and anything negative about the deal only reflects actual concerns of congolese as the report showed.
