I own them all and GH3 is still by far my favourite, because of the sheer difficulty and online multiplayer. (best DLC also)

GH2 got boring after I five starred everything., Id have rated it a 9.5/10 aswel though, good review.

IMO, it would go something like

GH3>RockBand2>GH2>GH Metallica>GH WT>GH:A>Rock Band

the xbox 360 guitar's select button is VERY hard to hit while playing though, so that is a big disadvantage to songs you want to Starpower when you need to, like Jordan

Yes, but if you want to activate starpower at a very certain exact spot, using the select button is much easier to hit that spot than tilting the guitar. And in Jordan, hitting the select button is almost always used during the hard solos since it is very hard to tilt the guitar and play at the same time.
