Was this just a gear retraction demonstration, or was this from a TV show called "Gear Retraction"? This was 12 years before I was born, so I have no clue about any of this. If this was from a TV show or a movie, would you care to name it? I'm just curious. Anyway, beautiful video, I love it.
Actually, that UAL 747 isn't the only one either, if you look closely, at around 0:14, you notice that there is also an AA 747 that manages to pop in it seems like if that Cheatline pattern is an indicator of anything.
Though I guess it's safe to assume this film was not so much about aviation, I do love the "ATC" telling the pilot to take off on Runway 90, I do love it when films make aviation related mistakes like this.
