Global Warming / Cap and Trade is just a scam that will allow investors (Al Gore) to suck more money out of the end user (you and me) by buying and selling stuff that does not exist (carbon credits) that utility companies (that use fossil fuels) will be forced to buy (by the government) and pass the cost on to you and me to offset the CO2 they release.
