If you don't want the Twitter updates on your Facebook profile, go to Account --> Application Settings --> Twitter Application --> Edit Settings --> Click Additional Permissions Tab --> Uncheck "Twitter Has permission to Publish recent activity (one line stories) to my wall"
My account works with Facebook to Twitter, NOT Twitter to Facebook. And i've done what both sites want me to do. ANY suggestions?

1. check to make sure the Twitter by Twitter application is still embedded into facebook
If not, go to 2:40 of the video and follow those steps
2. Click Allow Twitter to Update Your Facebook status on the (Twitter widget)
3. Allow Setting for --> Select your Fan page from drop down menu
4. Click Allow Status Updates

Do you want to stop letting Twitter update Facebook?
Or do you want to stop letting Facebook update Twitter?
Also are you trying to update your *public* Facebook Fan page or your Facebook profile?
