  • I didn't have Vit D deficiency until AFTER I got MS...too many theories and not enough proven facts

  • I wish doctors put more emphasis on this! If I would have known I was at risk for MS because of EBV and low Vit D. I would have took having low Vit D more seriously.

  • I have been taken vitamin D3 4,000 IU's p/day for the past few months, I still smoke, although it is organically grown tobacco and not treated/sprayed with pesticides, chemicals, etc., and I use the FSC free cigarette tubes......I'm not ready to give up smoking, (I enjoy it still). I WOULD however QUIT in a heartbeat if in deed there was factual proof that NOT-smoking reduces chances of MS attacks and/or does in deed slow down the progression of MS. :)

  • Great video. I applaud anyone doing research into MS.

  • I am not surprised by this info but, it is good to have more info confirming the hypothesis.

  • YEY! I quit smoking about a year ago!

  • I would like to know how prior smoking, before MS dx, affects the possibilty of developing MS. Also, whats with the one Dr saying don't just take Vit D generically when there was a whole section before it that shows the link of low Vit D and the development of MS
