The floating heads are the "Elders" from the Live-action Shazam! Solomon-Hercules-Atlas-Zeus-Ac­hillies--Mercury.

Mr. Tawny, Uncle Dudley, and Billy Batson were on a camping trip.

Black Adam is an enemy that knows Billy, Mary, and Freddy are the Marvel Family.

These are from the 80's, and is based on the old Shazam! comics from the '70's, early '80's. They are not from the "Modern Age" of comics.
