Clementi is killer!!! I love Mozart and he is one of my favourite, but Clementi has everything that a genius needs. His music is just unbelievable, and the fact he could play it that well gives us the insight how good he was understanding, feeling and performing musician. Mozart however was not that brillant piano virtuoso but he relied on his good taste and artistry. I don't think either was better, but equal to each other and thank god for both of them.
@moriscengic Good comment, although I must say I find Mozart's music much more artistical than Clementi's. This becomes very evident to me in the video's Sonata op 24, n. 2 first movement. It is, as said, a show piece, and I just can't feel anything good about it!

@moriscengic Good comment, although I must say I find Mozart's music much more artistical than Clementi's. This becomes very evident to me in the video's Sonata op 24, n. 2 first movement. It is, as said, a show piece, and I just can't feel anything good about it!
