Heat: Mexico, Brazil, Africa, Australia, West Europe, India and Middle East

Moisture: Cuba, Peru, Argentina, Indonesia, Japan and Australia

I'm not sure why some countries are not included. I assume if it's in the region then you can find what climate it is.

I was playing pandemic 2, I was VIRUS, and I can't seem to spread into the east.... I've infected (And almost killed) China, New Zealand, Russia, Western Europe, Eastern Europe, Middle East, India, Southern Africa, and Northern Africa. Any way I can spread a little more?

Fastest way (sub 80 days): Pick Virus, start in 1 of the following regions: Canada, Cuba, Greenland, Australia, New Zealand. Make sure you don't have any harmful traits, even airborne at the start. Put 1 in every resistance other than Drug, and have sneezing as your only symptom. Wait until 6-7 countries are infected, then sell sneezing. Restart if Madagascar doesn't get infected (shouldn't take many retries). When every region is infected, try to get most of the world go red before the killing.

Killing the world is easy. I'm more interested in high scores. This strategy takes way too long to kill... as a result your score doesn't even top 100k. If the majority of the world isn't dead by day 50... you are doing it wrong.

The guide is a winner; just keep changing the symptoms once you get the notice a vaccine is being developed. That always messes them up. Then once all regions are infected, turn on some symptoms and watch the fun.

The Key is low visibility.

I had 200 days to a vaccine, then I changed a few things, it went to 2,000. Haha

Which symptoms you buy only matters in how fast they kill. Just make sure using the world button that everyone is infected.

Well, i guess i did pretty well when i put all resistances to level 4 as a virus, and transmitions throughout. At this point they tried making a vaccine, guess how many days to completion? come on, guess? no? 3347....im totally not kidding. One of the traits I got one time while trying this is "Expected" meaning the parasite was anticipated by health officials and vaccines will be easier to produce.

Oh, and in Casual mode with a Virus (I'm still mostly following this guide) there are already 46,422 infections and no government action (Although a white blood droplet has turned red on the map, what does that mean?)

I see. The in-game guide which brings you to an external guide (lolwut?) has all the info on traits. Having one is random. Some are good, some are bad. In this case, bad. The vaccine will have less days to completion than normal.

And these droplets. It's not blood. It's water. When they turn red, that means a water supply has been infected and the disease will spread in that country faster.

APPARENTLY, you can get Immune by leaving your drug resistance at 0 and boosting up to 4 before the vaccine is completed. Like a day or two before its done. I have no idea because I never tested this.
