the best doctors are dr diet, dr quiet and dr merryman. I've worked in a hospital. Most doctors are fine. Surgeons I find are strange by nature, very busy. I know there are good surgeons out there. usually a few doctors from whatever specialty are egotistical, arrogant, out for themselves kind of thing.
This reminds me of a case here in the US about 10 years ago. A woman had a baby by Cesarean and the doctor carved his initials into her abdomen. The patient was awarded nearly two million dollars in a settlement.

This happened to my mum, it was horrific. It was originaly unnecessary bowel surgery it ended up being a bodge job op. It had to heal from the outside in and it took months. Since , her life quality has deteriorated since, sleeping pills, pain killers, permanent damaged bowel. I shall have to find out the full details from her, what exactly did happen, it was certainly a pyramid shape.
It was awful, i was traumatised and could not believe they were just leaving it wide open.

my father is a master mason. he says he is no longer active. I have not seen him leave the house unexpectedly for any reason. so i do believe he is not active as he says. but he should not be a member in the 1st place.

I deliver to a hotel a lot. The symbol on the doors and for the hotel is a pyramid in front of a big half circle.
You can look it up. The hotel is called Howard Johnson.
It looks just like what you've mentioned here. There are also sun rays.
