As I eat meat (like most people), it's impossible for me to say seal harvesting is immoral: Livestock are treated much worse. Seal harvesting seems like a pretty natural use of animal resources: The whole animal is used, and is better quality than farmed meat as it hasn't been kept in a cage, injected with hormones etc. The vast majority of pups will die from natural causes anyway, most much more agonising than having the brain destroyed. It's not cruel if the proper procedures are followed.

We have issues with the White coats (the baby seals) as it became illegal to club the babies years ago.Now we only smash and skin the adult seals which leaves many orphans.
They die eventually as well as no adults are around to help them learn to hunt the cod.

We have issues with the White coats (the baby seals) as it became illegal to club the babies years ago.Now we only smash and skin the adult seals which leaves many orphans.
They die eventually as well as no adults are around to help them learn to hunt the cod.
We run an "adopt a seal" program as they make great pets.
They eat fish and neen a swimming pool to live in
