Why does Sonic look crosseyed and his eyes are popping out?

@Fabio254 not sure what you mean about cross eyed. He looks at the birthday card and the chili dog, both which are close to his face, and when you look at objects close to your face, your eyes can look cross eyed, but they're not, they're just focusing on a closer distance. As for sticking out, it was the only way I knew how to make his eyes move without sticking back inside of the white part when moving.
