no its too early to say its perfect in my opinion
its not even close to be perfect
i have alot of problems with my ubuntu 11.10 ((latest update))
with :
games , printers , scanners , fonts , reading fonts and more.
ubuntu need work on games printers scanners fonts and others :(

according Wiki, it's just tested with ubuntu 11.04. There was error about missing unity 4. In 12.04 this is unity 5.
