the game is mediocre ... honestly i prefer gothic 3 , two worlds or dark messiah , in my opinion more dynamic and kinda' realistic games ... this one has a poor design and less npcs than other rpgs ... it kinda' gets boring in the first 10-20 minutes :| (sorry 4 my bad english)

hey i just got the game yesterday. its really great and it works great, no lagg at all as long as i play on medium/low graphics. ive had no issues at all.

have you tried running the game as administrator?, right click icon then properties, then click compatibility and check the box marked run as administrator, this has worked for all the games i own.

As for the third question I don't understand what you mean. You can use a 360 mic to speak to your friends on Xbox Live but not to any characters in the game. Is that what you meant?
