All USB keyboards have a ghosting limit the Lycosa is better because it allows you to press upto six keys at the same around the WASD keys but if your a gamer that uses the directional arrow keys then you are still limited to three keys pressed at the same time. The Lycosa's real advantage is the keys dont wobble or have to be pressed a huge distance. The first Razer Lycosas had bugs that were replaced if the owner returned it the new mirror version has hardy shiny keys that dont wear.

After 3 months of use, the rubber peels VERY BAD. leaving you with ugly spots with the plastic now showing (now that the rubber is gone) The mirror does not have rubber. And as far as slip goes, you must eating sum greazy sh** in order to slip that bad... the Mirror is cheaper. STAY AWAY FROM THE RUBBER VERSION. i would put a link for you to see, but youtube wont let me.... some of the keys are now FULLY plastic with no rubber!!! You have been warned.

Hey raze I play a lot of steam so I play games like Counter Strike Source, L4D2, TF2, and BC2. I heard this keyboard isn't good for shooters because of they keys. Please let me know, that would be great.

The keyboard is HORRIBLE it constantly will have keys stop working or constantly repeat uncontrollably. Just Google it there are millions of hits for this problem :(  Their customer service is horrible basically calling you a liar and tell you that you are not having this problem.

@howard95: Yes you do need antighosting away from WASD. If you need to walk, crouch and reload then yes you do need antighosting on more keys than WASD.

The Lycosta only has anti ghosting around the WASD keys. You cannot have 2 arrows pressed at the same time.

This is so silly, from makers of a "gaming" keyboard... to not have a BASIC function like full anti ghosting. Most cheap keybaords have it...

It feels like a really slim keyboard. Kind of like what you would see in hacker movies. The buttons are very light on the fingers. Traditional keyboards would have you press a good 2-3mm in, but the Lycosa is more like a light tap.

nope the lycosa doesnt have anti-ghosting for all its keys. only for those near the WASD gaming cluster ( don't doubt me I e-mailed razer and asked them why my Lycosa ghosts, and they said it's NORMAL )

I returned the Lycosa for a number of reasons.

1) In Vista, pressing > 3 keys simultaneously, they would all stick (not physically, but the key combo would repeat). The only way to stop it was reboot.

2) The only position to see the lighted keys brightly enough was from the unnatural top-down position and thus defeated the purpose of the lighting.

3) Key press is very "spongy" feeling and key-up to key-down distance was too far.

Love the Razer Copperhead mouse though.
