@WXIWXI Bjork lived in London about 7 years and she learned TOTALLY PERFECT british english there and talked in perfect british accent during interviews in 1996-1999. Actually here she's faking her accent probably intentionally. She started faking her "islandic" accent around the time she played in "Dancer in the dark" movie.
She is such a chameleon. In this video her Icelandic accent is strong, but watch some of her other interviews and she has a perfect British English accent (interview titled "Bjork - Interview & I Miss You") and then watch her American interview "Broke - Charlie Rose Interview" and she's neither Icelandic nor British but pretty close to American English. Interesting...
I totally agree with her in believing in being able to be connected with your roots and ancestors and have a spiritual connection with nature and still be modern and updated. That is also something that I admire about the Japanese culture as well. Bjork is wise with out trying.
people who take themselves seriously don't wear swan dresses!
she's very humourous

@hezzerbelle1 yes, she's a artist...real artists take themselves too seriously, because to create, means, to be within you.
