The invasion of Africa by europeans did not only bring about slavery, colonization and the plundering and looting of our human and material resources, but also tried to wipe out our civilization by not teaching it to younger generations.

His father was a Falasha Hebrew (Ethiopian) & part of the Ethiopian Govmt. The father went into exile because of a coup. He resettled in the Carribean where he met and married Dr. Ben's Mother, a Puerto Rican Hebrew woman from a Hebrew family. They eventually settled in St Thomas because of his fahers law firm. Dr Ben grew up between both places eventually being sent back to Ethiopia to be reaquainted with his people family and adversaries alike.

My Mother is his God-daughter.
