  • thank u but u look like a dancer when u flip it

    like if u agree

    but thanks for the help

  • just use a spinning reel for plastics. That weight will snag on grass, scare finicky fish, etc. For plastic i fish with no weight, just let the plastic float down naturally. Many fish will hit before the plastic even hits the bottom. Every equipment has a place and time...using a weight to overcome the limitations of the casting reel is pointless, just spinning reel.

  • Great technique on the pitchin' I wish I could pitch like that!

  • hes usein a baitcaster to demonstraight how to flip a worm or jig the best way to learn to flip for a beginner is a spin-cast gettin out in the yard just throwin under stuff or beside stuff thats how i learm\ned and u dnt need a line wih that kinda strenght i use 12 lb test and it works perfect

  • i agree with themegajosh09 i use 12lb at the most.

  • what kind of rods do you like to use or anyone who sees this video for flipping and pitching and action

  • if your sponsored by Pradco why

wouldn,t you use mad man or any thing else but yum never caught a fish on yum

  • @308Ethan270 Pradco owns Yum, and Yum is one of the top soft plastic companies.

  • For $30 you can buy a bass pro shops 414 piece soft plastic bass kit. it has everything that you need to go fishing

  • @asianwannabeamerican look for white things, panfish like white. Look at bass pro online and buy some white johson beetle spinners, they are cheap and always catch a lot for me. also get some 1 inch white tubes, they are a couple bucks for quite a few of them

  • Good video the only things I ??? was 4/0 for flipping & pulling only the tag end on your palomar knot...That method will weekin your knot, lube really good & pull both lines. 4/0 is ok for mid summer large baits although most choose to use 2/0 year round. I like that you are making a serious effort to help people out THX man...

  • Well he spent more time talking about tying on his stuff than teaching flipping. Then when we get ready to start, you can't see the bait and you can barely hear him. He needed to be wearing a microphone instead of using the camera microphone and should have been using a more visible bait. This was supposed to be instructions on how to flip and not actually catching fish. I can read the step-by-step, I was wanting to see it in action. Bad video for that.

  • great info! thanks. can 50# braid be used for flipping/pitching?

  • From what I have heard, yes. But a lighter line would be better.

  • It depends on what type of cover you are flipping around. Most use fluorocarbon line around docks and such, but if you fish hydrilla, other grass type stuff, braid will help pull fish out cause the line will cut through the grass.

  • dude 50 what the heck i use 4lb test for most things i got 60 lb test for catfish or the ocean i use 10lb at the most which is if im fishing for channel cats i love ultralight

  • lol but when thers money all the line u wont the fish in the boat :) lol and they can get pretty heavey in those weeds man

  • lol dnt listin to ppl man u can use 50 lb braid i my self use 65 for ripin bass of cover

  • @KARTRACR61 most definitely

  • @KARTRACR61 yes it will be hard to do than mono but yes its possible with spinning combo only
