It's called a head drop. All you do is wear baggy clothes and have something under your clothes holding up the shoulders, so when you bend forward or slump down the clothes stay up and it looks like your head goes down. That's why there is a big slit in the baggy clothes so the head can drop low enough and the extra fabric covers up what is holding the clothes up

originally i thought it was two people too but there's a much simpler explanation. at 0:09 if you pause it you can clearly see a break in the dress. all she did was crouch down. The dress must be supported by some kind of stilt or stick allowing her to maneuver around. it's a rather simple complex but it needs some agility. she pulled it off well.

by when you are wearing a large jacket and drop your head down the front it is easy. You need fake shoulders attached to poles that you hold in your hands. Lower your head through the zipper as you push up with your hands to extend the shoulders holding the jacket up in place.

the right hand is a fake hand, you can tell because at the beginning she grabs it so it doesn't fall, and at around 30 sec, you can see it hit the inside of the dress. her real right hand is also pushing up the metal frame that resembles the shoulders

the illusion is done with a gimmick what u need to do is have two shirts on the 1st shirt u put on should be a normal shirt and the second one should be cut at the top like a v neck shirt after u have that done take a metal coat hanger and untwist it and unfold it to make it straight the put it in your jacket from shoulder to shoulder then when ur ready to preform simply act like u have to sneeze and push up your jacket and the coat hanger will keep it strait and quickly drop it back down

You want me to explain this ok. She got a cloth hanger or a wire as the shoulders and there a wires attached to the shoulder hanger/wire to the pants. When she just kneel down the shirt will stay the same place but the head will move because her clothes has been cutted a thin strip off to move her head.
