CAN U YOU HELP PLZ? wen i download songs from youtube convertor and open the songs onto virtual dj the names of the songs are all one letters ie not the real name for example a song name will look like this - SSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS
same problems that i encounter w/ my numark virtual vinyl..i have e-mailed many times on their web site but no one seems to listen nor reply to my questions......
I've also found that if you're using a Numark USB Mixer connected to your Numark CUE software, it will do the exact same thing. After playing around A LOT to figure out what the damn problem was. I found it was the sound drivers weren't compatible. But did you ever figure out what your issue was? Mine works fine with this same type of thing.
it's simple... stop slacking and get that 57-Sl mixer....Upgrade to Video Sl And not worry about that stuff anymore... Virtual Dj has had a history of those kinds of screw ups... at least with Video sl they have monthly fixes and updates...
Please...you must be kidding. SL just started with video. They are still trying to figure out how it works. Thats why they do upgrades all the time. VDJ has been doing video, karaoke and more since SL figured out how to play MP3s. By the way. It was the computer configuration and not the program. Thanks anyway.
Your welcome...BTW.. they do updates to essentially make SL future proof... but it easy to overlook that when your caught up in "features". But honestly i think the program is garbage... I have herd tons of horror stories from VDJ..And yeah Sl Kept it simple... but Sl is SOLID program right out of the box... Just my opinion... as you are entitled to yours....

I was running Firewire 800 and it was conflicting with the system. As soon as I went to USB2 it ran fine. Smooth ever since.

VDJ has lots of problems i believe. It screws up even when i'm changing Mp3 to Mp3

i have no problems with video...
check your config, see if hardware accel. is on. if so and you have xp, turn it off - that should help or solve it.
go to performance - try moving the slider towards performance more.
and if you have a very fast computer, go to max load and click "every time" instead of 15nm

The Minimum requirements to mix video is:
* Dual Core 2 GhZ CPU
* dual output ATI or nVidia video card with 1Gb of on-board memory (no integrated laptop videocard)
* 2048 MB RAM
I heard it does freezes if does meet the requirements.

Please...you must be kidding. SL just started with video. They are still trying to figure out how it works. Thats why they do upgrades all the time.
