ive lived in several diff countries and i have never once heard of a school that doesnt allow the students to bring something to drink to a test. im sure that there are exceptions out there but that cant be very common. after the 7th grade we started to have 4h tests and now at the university all the exams are like 5-6h. it would be ridiculous if we werent allowed to drink something during that time.
