Just put your iPhone in recovery mode by holding the home and power button until the screen goes black. Then release the power button but keep holding the home button. (Have iTunes up and your iPhone plugged in.) Then restore your iPhone. Hope this help's!

or, if your iphone is jailbroken and Secure shell (SSH) is enabled, you can just log in, navigate to directory Private>Var>Keychains and delete the Keychain-2.db and the sqlite3 file, and it will wipe off the password, it will also delete your voicemail password and deletes any other stored passwords. works on 3.0 firmware as well.
