Great video. I'm linking it to my Facebook page. I used to live down in Itami City (between Osaka/Kobe) and you'd be surprised how many people here in Kentucky believe me when I tell them that Godzilla is real and those movies are "documentaries". LOL.
LOL That was either made because someone in Japan really likes Godzilla, or because some Japanese are tired of being stereotyped as being from the land of Godzilla. It was funny though.
@pacanime1 It was made because I was visiting Sapporo and I thought it would be fun to make a short film there. I thought "what if Godzilla actually existed, what would that be like"?
This is a great mini-film. The premise is just awesome. Why Toho hasn't used this shows either Toho needs more creative minds and/or shows the great creativity from Shawn Carlow and actors Yuki Carlow and Kiyoshi Funada and even editor Matteo Molinari. Very awesome.
i know how you feel. Godzilla affected me once before. I've moved since then to Okinawa in hopes the Americans on the base would be tastier then myself. it didn't work. They were all filled with McDonalds...
This is fast becoming my favorite video here. I'm a big fan of early Godzilla, Film Noir, and bright pink buses. I am also interested in the further adventures of Yuki. Does Godzilla impact her shopping? And what about Baby Godzilla?
"It's inevitable... like earthquakes and Hello Kitty".
Hahahaha! That was the best! But seriously, though, that was pretty well written. I liked it. =)

The Japanese are afraid of nothing thanks to the giant monsters that always come by down there...

Thanks, hydraa, and everyone watching. I am a big fan of the "what if" scenario, this short is an example of that.

Yeah, the Japanese diet assures that Godzilla's diet is also healthy and good tasting. It's a good point. Americans would make unhealthy food.

Thanks a lot. Appreciate it. People seem to like it - it's won 2 local awards in LA.
It's gotten about 1200 hits in just the last week because people have been Twittering it to each other. Keep spreading the word. Thanks!

As dero32 commented, love the perspective.
Makes you wonder if it were really true.
How would Godzilla affect your commute or your daily life.
Made my day thanks!
